For a week the RGV had 30-40 degree weather with slick roads and travel advisories. They didnt refund King Ranch tours. The Weslaco.police station said they wouldn't risk such a drive, yet Jos tours wouldn't refund any money, nor offer a credit. I wonder if they went catchall, and just kept people's money. Don't waste your money with them... Horrible customer service!
