Provided by YP.comScheduled for fill up of propane tank and was told upon arrival that tank could not be filled due to rusted areas on the tank. Understood. Discussed with driver regarding possible replacement of the tank and the driver insisted to lease a tank from Pinnacle. Called the number provided and spoke with receptionist to discuss cost (lease amount, minimum fill, installation, etc). Asked for e-mail with lease agreement so it could be reviewed (on Friday).
Three days later (on a Monday) stopped by the office and spoke with the same receptionist I spoke with before. Discussed possibly leasing a tank and wanted to know all of the costs and review the lease agreement The receptionist explained that the buyer would be responsible for installation. I stated that when I spoke to her on Friday, she told me the cost of the installation would be covered by Pinnacle since it was their tank. The receptionist stated "that she would never say that". No worries. Asked to review lease agreement and she stated that I would need to speak with Joey. I asked if there was a copy of the lease agreement at the office I could read and she stated no. The tone of the receptionist was completely unprofessional and curt.
Called later that afternoon (Monday) and spoke with Joey. Requested an e-mailed copy a 2nd time. Provided the e-mail address and explained I had already signed up on their website with an account. Two days later (Wednesday) called back and spoke with Joey. Requested a 3rd time an e-mail with the lease agreement. Joey stated "no problem". As of two days later (Friday) still no lease agreement.
Called another company to come look at the tank and found that the rust is flaking of the paint and does not affect the tank itself.
It begs the question why a company would come out to upsell to a lease agreement on a tank, but not follow through with requests they stated they would provide.
The location is completely unprofessional, the front office doesn't know the difference from their a** to a hole in the ground and anything you discuss needs to be in writing. My advice is too somewhere else for your propane needs. There are multiple companies in the area that provide good customer service and know exactly what they are doing.
