Very satisfied with RGV party rentals. I ordered the Dolphin water slide, the Dunking booth, chairs and the snow cone machine.

Party was at 4pm, they bring the equipment at 8am. The workers were very professional. I full recommend this company.

I went and worked for rgv party rentals at Donna while the tracie Lawrence concerts as going on. It's been a whole week and no word about my pay. I worked a hard 13 shift for nothing. This buisness should be closed down

Horrible customer service and this was from the Owner. When I called the day before to request information as to when my items would be delivered and what time, the owner was bothered. My party was to start at 5:30 p,m at 2:45 my items had not been delivered; mind you I ordered 2 bouncies, 19 tables and 100 chairs he stated ," ma'am your party is at 5:30pm they will be there at 5:00 pm.". Anyone in the party industry knows that 30 mins to set up is not enough time. Then one of the bouncy houses didn't work. I text the owner to inform him and so we could find a resolution, he never responded. I paid a pretty penny for his services and I was very disappointed but they were quick to take my money. Yes they have a HUGE selection but at what expense. Horrible experience. I don't recommned anyone to use RGV Rentals. I've never had a problem before with other Party rentals. So unprofessional. Giving them one star because delivery guy was nice and helpful.

Horrible and disgusting service... They were an hour and 15 minutes late with missing rentals, wrong tables and too late to set up tent. And they still wanted payment after my deposit was more than enough for the items I used. They actually owe me money. And NO ONE answered any of the 100 calls I made... The one person who did answer HUNG UP on me. DO NOT, DO NOT use this company for anything!

Unbelievably bad service! They were at least an hour late, did not bring all that I rented, came back an hour or so later with missing items, and when I reached out to "the person in charge" no appolgies or compensation for the loss of rental time offered. Do no waste your time or money with this rental facility... There are plenty of other reputable businesses to choose from.
