Since moving in my a/c has gone out twice and the property manager has gotten it fixed in a timely manner. As soon as I have a problem, he gets it fixed usually within 3-4 days sometimes the same day if possible. I was accepted here after making my application when no other complex would accept me. I have two kids aged 3 & 6 and my 15 yr old sister who I also take care of and because of that no other complex would allow me in to a two bd apt. Here the property was very understanding of my situation and helped me the application and just like that I was approved an hour later. Came back paid my $300 deposit and $550 rent. Got my key and started moving right on in. The price of $550 for my two bd apt is just right and plus all you have to pay is just light. Even on-site laundryroom close-by and good prices for those too. Here at this complex I have never had a bad experience with the landlord(s) very understanding and willing to work with you as long as you are willing to work with them and be honest. If any problems the property manager is somehow always available to help you out.
