At first we had a neighbor that was giving us a hard time. Since then that neighbor has moved out and we have had no problems. This is a very nice place to live and we will recommend it to other people. The property manager, Peggy Avalos is a very outgoing person and is willing to help with any problems that may occur. The maintenance man, Daniel is quick to respond to any issues that may occur or needs to be fixed. Both Peggy and Daniel are very pleasant people and very responsible.
