The Evergreen Nursing Center is a licensed- and skilled-nursing facility in Harmony, Pa. It offers more than 110 beds in skilled-nursing unit and over 35 beds in personal care facility. The center offers 24-hour skilled nursing care, social services, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. In addition, it serves special diets to its residents.
