I had to select 1 star in order to submit the review. I would not recommend but always encourage others to make their own judgement. The curb appeal is nice and the units are larger than other apartments that I looked into. I rented for over 3 years maintenance is never consistent and after experiencing the arrogance of the property owner I can see why no one would want to work for him. Management also is not consistent and always changing and you would be better off trying to do your own repairs because maintenance is horrible when they do decide to come. The hallways and laundry areas are not kept clean which is embarrassing when you have company. When I first moved in my car was broken into 5 times and I was promised that security cameras were going to be installed and when I moved 3 1/2 years later they still were not installed. My only advice is to keep a paper trail and proof if you decide to make your decision based on the building where the rental office is located because it looks nice. The hallways are clean and the buzz in intercom system actually works unlike the other buildings. Overall worst experience in my life which lead us to court where I prevailed. When searching for an attorney I found out that others had pending lawsuits as well and at another complex that they manage which speaks volumes. I guess when members of your immediate family are attorneys and in law enforcement then you feel as if you are bigger than the law which explains the cockiness and arrogance.
