Please listen to my warnings. This place does not care about your loved one. They are in it for the money. I have a loved one that fell and the ambulance was never called. My loved one had multiple injuries and to cover up what happened, was placed back in bed but should not have been moved to begin with. I also know another person that had loved ones who fell while under their care. They have no railings on the beds and use furniture to keep patients in the bed. They need to be put out of business.
