Oh yeah, they'll save you money, but they don't know anything about the policies they are selling. So forget about getting the best coverage. Plus, independent agents get paid more money for selling certain policies. So do you think they are going to find you the best policy or the one that pays them the highest commission?

Better off going to State Farm, Farmers or Allstate directly. That's another thing, they only represent low quality insurance companies, and these companies are very unreliable. So you get what you pay for.
