Excellent auto dealership and service. My experience is always satisfactory and I may add that they always exceed my expectations.

Really great service and honest, which I think is a rarity in the auto service field. I actually brought my car in for brakes (68k miles), they looked at the car and said I really should wait at least another 10k miles. No charge, anyone else wold have had me in new pads and rotors!

I have used BMW Orange County service for more than 2 years. The service has always been exceptionally great. I had some issue with my 3 series BMW when I spoken with Mr. Nick he had explained all my concern at no time thereafter everything was clearly and my car was checked , routine maintenance were done and drove home without worries. Mr. Nick is great with customer service really spent time on any question and/or concern in mind you may just shoot ask him straight he will provide you with the answer he's knowledgeable with BMW concern you may have . I'm very happy with his service and his BMW specialist and team members there. Keep up the good work Thank you again !
