Being new to the area I used Yp to find an electrician. I chose Plug-It In Electrical
service. I'm glad I did. Mr.Braden was fantastic! Polite, professional, upfront with estimates and very knowledgeable with his work. He checked everything. Inside outside and even electrical wiring to the shed! I highly recommend him and Plug-It

I had Benny at Plug-it In Electrical Service replace some old light fixtures with some new ceiling fans I had purchased. He checked to make sure the boxes could support the weight of the fans and had to change a couple of the boxes with proper ceiling fan boxes. I'm glad I had him do it because I would have never known that was needed. Benny was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why it was necessary. He was quick and kept the area he was working in clean.

I can't say enough good things! From the moment we called Benny late one night in a panic over water gushing from the breaker box in our basement until several days later when all systems were restored to normal, he was absolutely wonderful. First, he provided immediate assistance - advising by phone of appropriate actions and offering to come out immediately to assist if necessary. Next morning he arrived at 7:30 to assess the situation and recommend next steps.

Benny stayed in constant contact while required foundation repairs were made. He restored temporary power, monitored to ensure the leak was fixed, found the replacement breaker box (an unusual one) and arranged with the local utility company for permitting, de-connection, re-connection, inspection, etc. On the day of the new equipment installation, he arrived exactly on time, coordinated everything, and completed the job on schedule and on budget. He also installed a whole house surge protector - free of charge!

Benny's service was responsive, well-priced, and professional. We were impressed by his knowledge, his thoroughness, his calm manner, and his sincere desire to help. He answered myriad questions, offered meaningful options and advice, and consistently "went the extra mile" to get good prices on replacement parts and to make our new system safe. Benny is the definition of what 'customer service' should be. We will definitely use him in the future, and it is a pleasure to recommend him to others.

I recently did a bathroom remodel in an older house and it had an overhead heater that needed to be replaced. For one thing I wasn't able to locate a store that carried the type heater that I needed. I finally had to special order it. My next problem was I didn't know any electricians. finally, I went online and searched Goggle for electricians in Kingston and there were several that popped up. The first one I tried to call was unsuccessful but I then called Plug it in Services. I spoke with the owner about my small job. I asked if he would give me an estimate. We spoke about the cost of installing as well as when it could be done. Within a matters of hours after speaking with Mr. Braden he arrived at my house to give me an estimate. He arrived on time, gave a fair and reasonable price for installing the heater and actually installed the heater on the spot without me waiting to make an appointment for him to come back.

I was actually shocked that he said he could do the job right then. I expected him to tell me it would take a week to get back to me. His price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with his work. He was fast in putting up the heater and he also double-checked the instructions a second time to make sure there weren't any warning mentioned as to how close to the ceiling to mount the heater.

I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a small job done.

I contacted Benny on the weekend to fix a newly installed ceiling fan that wasn’t working. He arrived right on time on Monday. He found the problem and quickly reinstalled the ceiling fan. He also fixed a GFI plug for me. Benny is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He is also very reasonably priced and gave me a teacher discount. How cool is that?! He is coming back to do some other jobs for me. Extremely pleased customer!

Had an issue with no electricity to a few rooms in the house. Gave Benny a call after got no call back from several other electricians. Set an appointment and told me he would call when finished with another job. Gave me a call and came right out. Benny got the electric back on at a very reasonable price. Will never need to look for another electrician as long as Benny is in Business.

Benny was a fantastic find! We needed an electrical inspection for insurance purposes, and most electricians charge around $300 for this service, and Benny charged WAY way less. He was here the very next day after I called him, and was very friendly and polite. I will definitely use him for all of our electrical needs in the future!

Benny was an answer to prayer. He showed up on time, only did what he needed to do to get the job done perfectly, and was very reasonably priced. I had been disappointed several times before by electricians who did not show up or did not even return my phone calls. Benny responded quickly and right away made me feel that he would not let me down. He is the only one I will use from now on.

Found Benny Braden in the Oak Ridge Telephone book. A very good find! He fixed a garbage disposal that wasn't hooked up to power. He arrived when he said, did the work in the time he said and was very reasonable on the price. I will tell everyone about how pleased I was with Benny and his workmanship. I will call on him again. We had a fan/light that had went out and after replacement it still didn't work. I looked in the YP for a nearby electrician and Plug-it In Electrical was near the top of the results with great user reviews. I called and Mr. Braden picked up almost immediately. I told him what the problem was and he set a time to come look at it (the same day). Mr. Braden arrived exactly when he said he would and was ready to work when he got there. He had to dismantle the entire fan to find the problem, but even with that it only took him about an hour to fix the problem. He was very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, professional electrician.

My experience with Benny Braden was exceptional. Seems about half the time I need some service with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, I simply get stood up. Benny showed up on time for a small job many may have simply turned down and finished it with skill in a short time. Instead of waiting half a day as usual, Benny made an appointment and kept it. He's a customer focused professional. He will absolutely get my next call and I've already started handing his card out to friends.

When my dryer went out and I checked the fuse box and found a badly damaged fuse. I knew I needed a good electrician and wasn't really familiar with anyone near that could do the job.
