Never had a problem with our machine for almost 4 years, over 130,000 copies, until they came and did periodic maintenance. Now our copier missfeeds and leaves black smears down the side of every copy. They claim it is due to the cheap toner we use but we're using the toner to which the manufacturer recommends. Now, after they made a third visit and left a quote for "quality" toner, the machine won't recognize our toners. Go figure.
