Sherman Brothers Heavy Trucking employs almost 350 drivers. Of these drivers, approximately 93 are owner/operators. It hires many experienced drivers, but also offers a thorough training to drivers who have just completed truck driving school. All new drivers go through a week-long orientation and tie-down training. Sherman Brothers Heavy Trucking maintains a fleet of updated long wheel-based tractors. In addition, the fleet also includes 40-20 flat trailer combinations, lowboys with up to 10 axle combinations, pole trailers and steer-cars, single and double drops, 53', 48' 45' and 40'-foot flats, 48', 50' and 53 -foot curtain-sided tautliner trailers, resin tankers and a large inventory of rubber bladder bags for hauling resin and paint on flatbeds and in chip vans. It is a privately-owned company that is headquartered in Harrisburg, Ore.

Sherman Brothers is FANTASTIC

I had drove by ext 209 on I5 in Oregon many times and seen Sherman Brothers. So when I needed a flatbed to move some equipment I gave them a call. The Customer Service Rep. was perfect. I did not know anything about trucking and they walked me through the process and gave me a very competitive price. When the truck showed up it was on time as promised and the driver was clean cut and very professional. I recommend Sherman Brothers for any trucking job you may have large of small. They were FANTASTIC!
