This is a wonderful store! The staff is so helpful and really know their stock. The clothes are fashion forward and you wont see yourself coming and going. I shop there and so do many of my friends. They have a special sale every month!

I purchased a blouse from Annabels. The second time I put it on my finger went straight through the front of the shirt. Not the seam, the fabric of the shirt.



When I tried to return it to the store, the store owner refused to exchange my shirt or give me store credit. She offered an unacceptable refund of half of what I paid in store credit. The owner claimed that because I purchased the merchandise on sale, she does not guarantee the product.



I confirmed with her, and she agreed, that she does not guarantee merchandise sold in Annabels boutique if sold on sale. Wait a minute, she is still making a profit on sale items but is refusing to take care of her customers.



She never even apologized for my inconvenience, rather stood behind the manufacturer of the shirt stating, "they are a good company".



What kind of business stands behind their manufacturer, but NOT their customer or their product?
