I live in a complex she just started to manage. The owner of this group is nasty, but her maintenance people are always in the building partying and not working, would not trust them in my apartment they look like theives.

owed to my landlord, Cynthia started screaming at the top of her lungs, she talked over me from the time I gave her my name until I refuse to argue with her and before I hung up I told her I was not on here to argue with her and that I spoke with Mrs. Cassel and we had agreed on what I had owed, but she called me a liar and said I was scared to go to court and I was taking advantage of a 70 year old lady, I told her Mrs. Cassel is a honest person and I've never disrespected her. I told her we meaning Mrs. Cassel had agreed on the amount I owed and I will not sit on this phone and argue about something I spoke to the landlord about. However, I never received anything in the mail from this company as well as some of the other tenants in the row so I did not know if this compnay was legit. I would not recommend this company to anyone who owes an apartment complex and needs a management outfit to handle their payments..After I hung up I called my landlord back and she apologized because I was very upset. I told Mrs. Cassel that she did not even allow me to talk or tell her what we discussed. I told Mrs. Cassel I would not recommend her for anything her disposition was very bad, she needs interpersonal skills and she should allow people to speak instead of overtalking them and screaming at the top of her lungs. I did tell Mrs. Cassel we can go to court with Cynthia Herr, because I do have all my documentations and do not owe 2000.00. I told Cynthia Herr that Mrs. Cassel said she would resend the court hearing and when I said that she started screaming to me, what was I so afraid of going to court, I never replied to that I wished at that time I had my recorder on my telephone so it would have been all down, but this time I did not. If anyone out their reads this be sure to think twice about how you want your management company to speak/handle your tenants, because when they just meet over the telephone for the first time and they resort to unprofessional tactics you have found a loser. I give this 1 star that would mean (I would Not Recommend). Your first impression is a lasting one.
