They have another location at 5200 Simpson serry road mechanicsburg PA. That location is also a scam. I didn’t read reviews before I came here but I’ve bought cars before and know the process. Why would I signed a power of attorney as a buyer? Why does a deposit cost 3000 but every other place 500 just to hold the car. Why didn’t a dealership know about a preapproved check? Worse part is I’m a Marine that just got home from a deployment. The notary women is in on the scam don’t waste time

Purchased a vehicle from here about 2 years ago and was in the market for a new one and was doing a search for these guys online and noticed the bad reviews and decided to leave a good one. The vehicle I bought a 2005 VW passat ran great for me the whole time I had it a few minor things here and there but overall a solid car. Cant complain 1 bit.

I have never had an issue with this dealership. I bought two cars from them within the last year for my mom and myself. My car I still have after a year. My moms car is having an oil leak at the moment. I went there yesterday to look at a car with my boyfriend. They pushed for a car that they just brought in a few days ago and freshly inspected it. We mentioned that we don't have a lot right now and they asked what we have and said we can do a certain amount every couple weeks until we pay it off and they're willing to work with it. My boyfriend has been happy nonstop since then since it'll be his first car. I also mentioned about my moms car and they're willing to look at it to see what can be done and recommend their mechanics at a discounted price. I highly recommend this place for great customer service and good, used cars for an affordable price.

In response to Janae. She bought a truck 9 months ago that was sold to her in great running condition. Very nice truck at a price well below market value (about 50% below) thats why she dediced to buy it. She didnt service the vehicle at all within the 9 months she owned it. Now when its time to get the vehicle inspected she wants me to pay for for things that she has failed to routinely maintain over the last 9 months. In this business you run into some unrealistic individuals im learning. Mind you she still drives this vehicle daily and it is in good running condition.

The car I bought from a big-name local dealer got hit and totaled by a teenager. The insurance company paid off my loan, and gave me what was left over, which wasn't much, but it was just about enough to cover a used car if I did my homework first. I didn't want to get another car loan, so I went looking online for a good, cheap used car from a dealer who seemed honest.
After a bit of research, I went to Below Bluebook first, and I didn't need to go anywhere else. Kevin, the owner, is a pretty straightforward guy. He has two mechanics on staff who know what they're doing. And the most important thing about them is that they stand behind their merchandise. If they miss something while looking over the cars they put up for sale, they will make it right. One of the front tires on my car must have lost a weight, and it was making the wheel shake, right after I bought it. I didn't know what was wrong, but was afraid the wheel was going to fall off. I texted him from a parking lot. I had my baby in the back seat, so I was kind of freaking out about it. Kevin sent the mechanic out to where I was, and he checked it, told me a tire was probably out of balance, and then asked me to bring it in the next day. They not only fixed it, but they also put new brake shoes on it, which I hadn't asked for. I've driven that car 1000 miles, and it's still going like a champ.
I've looked it over, and am satisfied that it will hold up well for me and my kids until it's time to get another car. Let's face it; a used car is USED, so it's never going to be perfect, but you CAN find a reliable used car if you buy from the right dealer. I am extremely happy with the value of the car I bought. They offer financing, but if you can save up a little bit of cash, you probably won't need it. The next time I need a car, I'm going with these guys. They have proven to be trustworthy and professional, and THAT is the most important thing to consider when you're looking for an inexpensive used car.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE. The people that work there and run the place are scam artists. Bought a car from there , the sales guy knew absolutely nothing about the car to begin with ,but was told everything worked great. Found out ac didnt work so they told me to bring it back and theyd fix it. It took their "mechanic " well over 6 hours to fix it. And how did he fix it ,he ran a wire from the ac to the battery ,wrapped it around one of the battery terminals and put in a toggle switch. So now when i use the ac it drains my battery ,ive already had to have it jumped 3 times. Go to have it inspected later on to find out that they disassembled the check engine light, the car had 8 codes on it that wouldn't have passed inspection. But they claimed that they inspected so i bought it with new stickers on it and assumed it was alright. A week after i bought it the whole exhaust and muffler fell right off. Theres a huge rusted out hole on the drivers side floor. Dont go to these jerks

Was surprised to see nothing but negative comments when i had nothing but an excellent experience. Well only people who had bad experiences leave reviews anyways. So i decided to be one positive reviewer for these guys. I bought my 16 yr old his first car from these guys about a month ago now and we haven't experienced one problem out of it. We dealt with Dwight and he was very nice and professional. Not your traditional dealership but we got what we came for a quality vehicle at a cheap price. Hopefully more people come leave positive reviews. They said they sell tons of cars so 4 bad reviews out of "tons" of customers isnt so bad i guess.

Do not buy from this place and if you already have and are having trouble with your car take it to a good garage they are slap sticking and covering up thing, they will tell you to bring it in and they will fix it they send it out to other garage who don't do anything the will keep your car all weekend and drive it around drink beer in it( found A 6 pack in the car). So right now they are under investigation and are about to lose their license and the other 2 garages to.

Bought a 2000 dodge durango from them in march.A few hours later it began smoking out of the air vents. Right after that, check engine light comes on. Had it ran at advance auto turned out to be power steering wheel problem. As we were waiting for the title and registration to come from Penndot, we recieve a letter stating it could not be registered because it is still registered in New Jersey. My husband went in to talk to Dwight and he was not in. Another guy said he would handle the issue, that was in June. Went to Penndot to see if the issue with the title and registration had been fixed, Penndot said no its still registered in New Jersey. So its now OCTOBER still no registration abd no title!!! AND now we have a heater core issue that is a $1000 repair bill. So we have not driven the car sunce July (when registration ran out). Do not buy from these people. Still no word on title and registration. Dwight is never in the office always at the auction. We have a lawsuit being filed on Monday.

Nice guys upfront but I just bought a hemi yesterday, and 30 miles after the check engine comes on. 4 codes. 3 from battery and one from the exhaust. Which means they disengaged the battery to hide the exhaust problem. Which means it won't pass inspection.. They obviously know they are selling bad vehicles to people and don't care. Their adds are inaccurate and I would be very careful buying anything from them.
