When the building supplies AC power to the Center for Community Building then residents of Harrisburg can arrange for medical transport. But, there is no backup power supply and power can go out on a beautiful day weatherwise leaving patients without access and doctors and hospitals with no-shows galore.



Give the Center one star for effort plus one star for pluck despite a penny wise, pound foolish approach to telephone service.
