Doesn't even rate one star, but I think we have to give one in order to write the review. Our family has been treated terribly by this group -- the entire team dismissed us to the point of refusing to respond to our question or even acknowleding our communication. We were completely shut out of our child's treatment process and were provided with "inaccurate" information on multiple occasions (that's putting it mildly). There appeared to be a culture of silence that came from the supervisory level, particularly when our family started pointing out the "inaccuracies" in their reporting and requesting that the informaiton be amended (never happened). Rude and dismissive. If your family needs assistance, you want and deserve a supportive team. That DEFINITELY did not occur during our dealings with this group. We could not have been treated worse -- and for no reason whatsoever. We tried repeatedly to fix the problem but they would not even respond to our correspondence and complaints, and even attempted to blame us and paint us as unreasonable. No customer service whatsoever. They are the ones who are right -- not the customer. Look elsewhere.
