Better off washing my truck my self poor car wash service

AVOID the service department! We took our Yaris in for a recall and came out of there spending over $300. They replaced our serpentine belt, which we hadn't taken it in for in the first place, only for it to need replaced again within 2 months. They wouldn't do a refund because we hadn't taken it back to them...they wanted us to do some dumpster diving for the part. RIDICULOUS customer service. We even had bought our Sienna from theme -would never go back.

The above review must be really old. This store is on top of their game right now. Their "hassle free" pricing is strong and they have an extremely helpful staff! Would recommend all day long.

Twice I've walked in to their showroom and couldn't get somebody to help me buy a SUV. They have different people selling new & used(bad strategy!). Their loss, I bought my 4Runner at Rahal Toyota.
