These other reviews are so old and outdated. I had a totally different experience and it was awesome. Friendly staff. Upfront prices. No back and forth with s man behind the curtain. I got an oil change and headlights replaced and the tech went above and beyond to replace a park light that I didn't even know was out while he was in there. Thank you all. Great service!

I wish I could give a review on their actual service but I can't because I can never get an appointment. I honestly tried 4 different times over the course of 6 months to get an appointment for various services. Once was told they were two busy to take my call, once got the answering machine after being on hold for 5 minutes, once told they were closing due to snow (it was 10:00 in the morning) and once was told it would take 6 days to get an appointment for an oil change. I just called Brenner Jeep and got a real person on the first ring and an appointment to see my jeep in 2 days. I will never buy a jeep here!!!!

Freedom Toyota of Harrisburg h...

Freedom Toyota of Harrisburg has horrible customer service. I called to have a part replaced in my vehicle in the beginning of may, they told me it would be in within 3-4 weeks after a month and a half i called back and they said it was in. They said they would call me back to schedule they did not call for two weeks so i called them. They then said the same thing and it happened again so i called and they said it was in the would schedule me after he talked to the servicemen when they were free that week. After two day i got frustrated and called back they told me that i was not in their system and that they had i had no part there. I had to freak out on them before they would actually do anything. I can not believe that a company like that would lie to their customers about having a part there for them. It took the whole summer for them to finally schedule my vehicle.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!

I'm not sure if anyone really reads these but i wanted to let everyone know how awful this place is. If you're looking for friendly salesman... they are not here, if you are looking for good customer service...go somewhere else, if you just spent $25,000 and want to be treated like a piece of crap... COME ON DOWN! If they would happen to start giving away free cars I'd still go somewhere else. I wish I would have realized all this before I signed the papers. I should have went to faulkner toyota and settled for the blue :-( Constructive Criticism? BE NICER ... WITHOUT ME YOU HAVE NO PAYCHECK!!
