G.F. Bowman installed our new Trane heat pump system in 2010. One of the best decisions we've ever made! They were not the least expensive, but their presentation was the most professional and they explained (unlike any other competitor) exactly how they would design and install the system to allow just the right amount of conditioning in each room. I was confident that their deal was the best! It works great...just like they said it would!! The yearly preventive maintenance program ensures that our system is checked out and always working fine. We have had several technicians come to our home to perform this service. Each one arrives exactly on time and they are always personable and professional. (They even put protective "booties" over their shoes when they enter your home to protect your carpet!) Last Monday was our last service performed by Jake G., a very polite, nice young man who took his time and answered a question I had about our system! I give them five stars!!

Mike F. was professional, courteous, respectful, and punctual. He surveyed the issue, provided options and feedback for the solutions. He provided updates and details as he worked to ensure I was aligned with his progress. Mike always asked if I had questions or needed further explanation on what he was doing as well as if there was anything else he could do or look at before leaving. He cleaned up his work area and put down rugs and cardboard to keep the floors clean as he brought in his materials. Kudos to Mike F. for a job well done.

Mike F. was punctual, courteous, and professional. He provided maintenance service in an efficient. methodical manner. Everything put back as it was. He provided recommendations and advice on several issues. I highly recommend him and the company.

The service techs who came to my house in Hummelstown this morning, Jake G and Wilson, were the two best techs I have ever had service any of the HVAC/appliances in the past 32 years. They were prompt, polite and most of all VERY informative and helpful. These two gentlemen deserves 10 stars. Thanks very much.

HVAC technician Jake G repaired our A/C unit today. He was competent and personable. He answered all my questions and explained the repair as the work was performed. It is reassurring to know that skillful young men still exist in the HVAC business. KC
