I've eaten at the mountain road location many times and have always had excellent food and service. Some people just like to complain because it makes them feel better. -sofason

I am not sure about this locaton, but we visited the Giovanni's on Mountain Road in Harrisburg. We placed a phone order for a stromboli and made a trip to the restaurant to pick it up. When we got home, we cut into it and placed it on our plates. We noticed that the filling was darker than it should have been. We had been given the wrong order. We called the restaurant, and the person answering the phone was aware that we had been given the wrong order. He told us to bring it back, and then we would be given the correct order. I told the fellow that we had already sliced it and handled it, and he said that was ok ... the restaurant workers would eat it. I told the guy that it didn't sound sanitary or safe to me, especially since this is flu season. He said that's ok, we most definitely want it back so the restaurant workers can eat. it. That reflects the low standards of this restaurant, and I won't order there again!
