The Harrisburg Kung Fu school offers Pai Lum (White Dragon) Kung Fu. Both Teachers (Pai Pono Li) and (Pai Mana Li) are 10th degree black belts under John Weniger (Pai Li Lung) who is a adopted Grandchild of Grand Master Daniel K. Pai. Tai Chi, Hatha Yoga, 18 Bronze Man Iron Dummy and Modern Arnis are also available. You start out with the basics and work forward each day. You gain strength, discipline, confidents and understanding. All can be used in everyday life! I have been student since December of 1985 and highly recommend this school for one or your whole family.

The Harrisburg Kung Fu Center provides excellent instruction for Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Modern Arnis, Kenjitsu, abd Iron Dummy studies. They also provide Yoga classes.
