The Harrisburg Mall store is just like walking into the previous Heckts, & before that, whatever the sore was called previously. When I heard macy's was coming to harrisburg I thought "WOW" but was let-down by the unchanged decor. I prefer the Camp Hill store because it just seems nicer to shop at. Clerks at both stores were nice but several at Harrisburg seemed distracted. I expect one on one attention when I'm paying for something, not clerks complaining about long hours and stacks of items to place back on the shelves. Overall, Macy's is a GREAT store but the Harrisburg store needs more professionalism and a brighter appearance.
