EmailIts been over 50 years since Henry Schmidt made his first sausages in Steelton, PA. Fresh meats and all-natural spices and flavorings were the secret of his recipe, when he handcrafted his German-Hungarian sausage. Schmidts Sausage soon became famous for delectable fresh and smoked meat products. His daughter Mary Ann took over the business in 1975. Today, Henrys grandsons Doug and Don Jorich, proudly carry on their tradition of quality.

Provided by Superpagesbest stuff around by far! they are going to move BUT never fear in 2012 they will continue their traditional sausage and cabbage and bacon on a more accessible spot off i must be... just ordered some hot smoked sausage and will pick me up some bacon!!
