I got a bunk bed and mates from there. Paid in full and also paid for it to be delivered. The owner Tony delivered it damaged and a number of hours late. Said he would replace it that tuesday (I received it on a friday) then called me that Saturday to reschedule a day to bring it. When I asked for help taking down the old one and setting up the new one he said he would if I paid the assembly fee. When I refused bc it was delivered damaged he said that's how it came off the showroom floor. I purchased a brand new set not a damaged one so why should I have to be inconvenienced anymore then what I already have been? I'll never go there again
