The Pennsylvania State Education Association is the state affiliate of the National Education Association and one of largest education employee organizations in Pennsylvania. The organization is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pa., and operates regional offices throughout the state. The organization was founded in 1852 as the Pennsylvania State Teachers Association.
