This is in reference To the Shaun K. Review, was supposed to be overall rating *. I can't gain access to that account to change it. Dr.John Hargett lives up to his bad reviews and I highly suggest to avoid him and 99% of the staff at DDS DENTURES +IMPLANT SOLUTIONS OF HARRISON AR. Their Claims of making high quality affordable dentures is extremely dubious!!!! I ended up going to DDS DENTURES + IMPLANT SOLUTIONS OF HARRISON AR they're supposed to be specialized in such procedures and I was told they'ed take care of me. Nobody there seems to know the complete details of my treatment plan. I was charged $250 for D5811 Interim Complete Denture lower arch and $847.50 for D6111 Implant/abutment supported removable Denture lower arch .From the start I was told and assured multiple times that my plan includes their Ultra Premium Denture's. I've asked numerous times if the lower dentures givin to me from the start are going to be my finals because they don't seem to aligne properly with the top arch and they said yes but they can remake them if possible. I've only seen the actual dentist twice since September. Only assistants for the rest of my visits. I was in there recently to get my abutment procedure DR.Hargett told me that he tightened the abutment with a torque wrench and that it might loosen because right now he can only tighten it up so much without risking breaking the implant loose. I told Hargett that my right side bottom seemed higher than the left causing them to teeter totter and pop loose on left side, he said they won't do that once they're retained by the implants. Well couldn't the leverage from the arch pulling up on the left side break the implant loose. My next appointment is for the retainers put into the bottom arch. Again I asked Kathrine if these are going to be the finals because I was charged $250 for interims and interims are supposed to be temporary only and she said couldn't find where they changed me $250 for interims. They don't care that your dentures don't feel like they fit correctly no matter how many times you tell them and fail to understand what you mean. My experience so far is they don't care to hear from you about concerns, aren't willing to fix problem and like charging for services and supplies not rendered. I highly suggest to take your business elsewhere. They remade my upper and lowers dentures and they were just as bad as the originals. The top is loose can't get enough suction to hold them I yawned when I got home and they just fell out. They supposedly religned them but they still swim around in my mouth causing me to gag, just because they might like gagging doesn't mean everyone else does. My new lowers are to tall I can barely close my mouth and I explained this multiple times to Stefanie and she didn't even respond, they're also juted out and stick up higher than my lower lip making me look like a Pug. At this point I seriously don't trust this place as they seem pretty Scandalous with my experience with them at this point and their Claims for being known for their high quality dentures are proven extremely dubious. Oh and I'm the Son of Elvis Presley and Mary Magdalene was my grandma. 😉
