I used to work there it was a great place to work

My husband and I moved here to Harrison Arkansas a year ago to retire. We have been searching the local restaurants to find out which are the best to eat at for their particular style (BBQ, Home Style, Steaks House, Etc.) Well we tried the Dixie Cafe and liked it so much that when relatives came for a visit we all went there to eat and it was good Home Style cooking. The service is very good, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The food is home made, even the mashed potatoes, dinner rolls and corn bread are served with your meal and the portions will more than fill you up even if you are big eaters. For "Home Style Cooking" this place is our favorite. We give it 5 stars.
