I'm embarrassed.I made an appointment with Kara for Saturday at 9.But sone things came up,so I called that Thurs to see if she could get me in on Fri instead. She want there but another lady said that it looked like Kara had a space for tomorrow on Fri at 9,n that she would call and confirm it with her.I told her to please if there was any chance Kara can't make it to please call me and let me know. Well,an hr before I left,(8 when they opened)came and I never recieved a call so I took it as a go ahead. When I got to the salon,Kara want even there, nor would she answer the phone when they called her.Another lady Did actually say she could get me in tomorrow but i respectfully declined. I feel duped and they won't get any business from me or anyone I can refer.This would've been my first time there. Very unsatisfied.
