I hired (and never used again) a couple other, "Chimney Companies" (who I won't mention) in the Harrison area until I hired Mr. Tim Knowles. Tim was on time, did what he said he would do, in a timely manner and was very respectful to me, my wife, as well as our property. I retired from owning a business (out of state) and would without any hesitation, hand the keys over to Tim in my absence with great confidence. Tim demonstrated experience, knowledge, integrity, honesty, as well as a can do spirit. I trust Tim, and believe you can do business with him with confidence. It should also be noted that Tim did Rock Work (as a heat barrier for my wood stove) that I have actually received several compliments on. One friend that was at my house, and was so impressed with Tim's custom work, that he hired Time to put a wood stove in at his residence. If you're looking for 100% satisfaction, Tim Knowles is the only person I would recommend.
