I called looking to have my pump serviced, or to have someone at least tell me if I needed a new pump, I sent photos that were requested, and never even a call back. So I just bought a new pump with all the fittingd included, wired up a cord myself, and successfully installed it myself. Thanks for nothing.

We had trouble with our well pump at our cottage (we had no water that morning), and they came right away. They had to dig snow out around the well pit, and work at prying open the frozen lid. He gave me an estimate and a temporary fix for the weekend. He was very knowledgeable about the pump I had and what the problem was, and let us know our options. He arrived within two hours of our call. I would recommend Dodd Well Services.
