I would steer clear of their service dept period! Had to take snowmobile back after leaking fluid in my trailer, Forgot to tighten drain plug,broke handle off trailer, had jackstand come up missing from trailer, and refused to look at security video! Lost the dirt cover to starter pinion gear and would not replace! Complete train wreck!

I drop my boat off to have it shrink-wrapped and winterized they told me it would take a few days I called them back a week later it was still not done I called them back a week after that it was still not done now it is three weeks later and it is still not done so I told them I will come and pick it up. They told me good we don't want your business here. In the meantime my boat got rained on several times which I'm sure damaged my interior. I also paid them upfront which I totally regret doing.

Beware! The land of a thousand excuses. When they run out of excuses they just flat out lie to you. Picked up my sxs in pieces,way worse shape than i dropped off in.
