I took my 2007 hyundai tiburon GT in to Tags in Feb of 2018 to have the rear sway bar bushings replaced and my passenger side cv shaft replaced. At the time i asked the if they would change my timing belt and my fuel injectors. They responded with we dont do that here! Then on April 15th the rear end of my car started swaying so bad that i was almost in 2 head-on collisions, I took my car back to Tags on April 19th at 11:45a.m and they had a 1 of their "mechanics" take it for a test drive with me in it. The man said he couldnt feel anything what so ever. Then we get back to their shop and i go to my back passenger side tire kneel down grab it and im able to shift my whole tire left and right almost a inch in each direction while it on the ground mind you. THEIR "mechanic" was looking underneath at the suspension components at the time and He says "I dont know what to say, but theirs nothing we can do about that!" And to have the place that did my alignment look at it. So i left their shop and drove straight to ALL PRO AUTO AND EQUIPMENT on larch rd in Harrison where Dennis the owner came out look at the back passenger side tire. As im showing Dennis he says WOW you got a MAJOR PROBLEM! I CANT BELIEVE THEY LET YOU LEAVE THEIR SHOP CAUSE THAT IS NOT SAFE! Dennis said ill take a look at it and see whats what. So i had a friend come pick me up. At 4 pm he calls me and says "I found your problem man" the 8inch bolt that goes through the back control arms was completely loose to the point that when they put it on the lift it took half a finger turn to take the nut off and the threads were completely stripped out. He then said that i was very lucky that i brought my car to him instead of trying to drive home cause that bolt would have come loose and that would have torn my back passenger side assembly clean of my car and i would have been lucky to survive the accident it would have caused. He was complete beyond words as to why TAGS "mechanic" even let me leave their shop.
