pretiba is the best highly recommend getting your eyebrows done by her, amazing service and she speaks portuguese english and indian! gotta love this place

Management is rude, greedy and cunning. They yell at customers. Never going back again. Terrible experience.

I have been a very long time customer, I get eye brows done by Ratiba ( love her) I get below out by Mini ( love her) and I get my hands and feet with done with Ana (lover her)



This Saturday, I have hand and feet and eye brows done,, well I forgot my coupon at home, I asked if I could go home and get, I asked ok charge me giving me the discount and I will go home and get the coupon and the answer was still NO…



Being a customer for so many years, I thought that they owners would have a little more consideration for their value customers … Please understand, it’s not the point to the discount, it’s the principal

I was referred through a friend to have my eyebrows threaded. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for years & wanted to try something different. I liked the fact that the salon was spotless,not crowded & the staff was very professional & polite. I loved my eyebrows & the person that did them was very gentle.

I like it there! Karla is the one I want when i go there! I do not want to try someone else, I just like the way that Karla does it! Even my 2 years old son don't get a haircut in other hands! But for the eyebrown I use the other girls around, they know what they are doing. The problem is that in everywhere you have good or bad people working. People that know wath they do and people who don't. That's why I only let Karla do the job!

My hair stylist did not listen to me whatsoever. Her name was Ida and I don't think she speaks English. I asked for a 2-3 inch trim and a Long face frame layer in the front...What I got was very short layers that were choppy and uneven everywhere. I mean literally one side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other side (and I was sitting straight and not crossing my legs). Even my coworker noticed the next day and said I should get it fixed!! How embarassing! It was like she didn't know what she was doing. On top of that they did not inform me that a single process color (which I usually pay $45 to $70 at the most) would cost me $90!! So please ask about the price for a color before you agree to anything. I was in a rush so I left with my hair wet after the cut- but when I got home and examined it I was mortified! Now I'm going to pay someone else to fix it because I don't think it would be wise to go back there. Beware!
