When you walk in you feel very welcome.. the two young ladies at the Mamaroneck office were very pleasant and informative Naria and Kayela thanks again for your hospitality.. I would recommend other people to visit this office..

From the consultation to now, just had my 1 week post op appointment, my experience has been phenomenal. Any questions I’ve had have been answered, the whole staff- consultant, front desk staff, management and doctor Berger made me feel so comfortable and secure with the whole process, and still continue to. I can’t thank them enough!

When I arrived the lady at the front end take me right away, then after fill up some papers, another lady took to the consultant office, she answered all my questions. Very friendly and professionally. And definitely I'm going to do it my "bodywork" with them. Thank you so much

Love the staff, they make you feel really relaxed and comfortable. Wish the Surgeon would take time to see his patients or at least communicate with them but he doesnt meet unless its an emergency...

My experience was wonderful. Tova really helped explain everything clearly and is very welcoming and funny! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pricing is misleading. You think you can afford it from the ads and then they explain you are priced according to your weight. It is not explained clearly until you arrive. After we all spend money giving back to loved ones for the holidays, you would think a company this large would not need to overcharge its customers. Although my experience with the staff was wonderful it is more reasonably priced elsewhere.

Unfortunately a bad apple ruin the whole apples, that Karina the nurse which backed up with her manager nurse Paola at Harrison location were so rude and arrogant and may be ignorant, ruin my mode and let me cancel my surgery at that location and I did schedule it with same excellent doctor Dr Berger at NYC and the staff there were so awesome.

My experience with the Westchester Sono Bello center was amazing. Dr. Al-Husaini, Hiyad, nurses and office staff made the entire procedure smooth and easy from pre-op to post-op. Its only been a week but am in love with my new body. I can tell a huge difference. I went back to work on my 3rd day and my friends and co-workers are amazed on how good my results are in such little time. Image how great I will look after I heal completely. :) I can say you guys are the best!!! Thank you so much and keep up the great work.

My experience with Nasheba Riley and Gina (the nurse) has been exceptional. They are two of the people I interacted with the most since they are friendly, easy to talk to and willing to do anything to make life easy. Nasheba even told me about the best hamburger at Cafe 450 on the 4th Floor. Gina told me about massaging my swollen muffin top and belly. I give myself a massage every day and always think of Gina.

Wonderful employees..very friendly..answers all questions no matter how ridiculous they maybe. Pleasant atmosphere. High recommend.

It was the best experience I've ever had! I've had procedures done at other places, but this was the best ever! The staff is so warm and friendly, as well as the doctors. I recommend sono bello to whoever is looking to get a procedure done. The procured was painless and the results are phenomenal! They even email you through the course of your recovery and let you know that everything is going according to plan, until the end results. They are absolutely amazing.

My experience was amazing from the moment I had my consult with Stella to meeting with Dr. Berger. Such a pleasant experience. Everything went perfect I love my results. The front desk girls are so sweet and friendly. They really represent Sono Bello professionally. Awesome staff and I love Ashley she did my post op and my first Venus treatment. Made me feel so comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone. So far two ppl referred to go for consultations and looking to get work done. My experience at Sono Bello was a pleasant one from start to finish. It's easy to feel vulnerable and fearful when undergoing any surgery, but I was immediately put at ease by the friendly, professional, and supportive Sono Bello staff. The procedure itself was quick and painless. So far, I'm happy with the progress I've made and highly endorse Sono Bello Westchester.

Today is day 2 Post surgery. I had my lower abs, upper abs and upper back right below my bra straps done. I must say that I already see results in my back. I no longer have back fat. It is still to soon to review on my abs because it is still very swollen. But I must say that I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was very nervous the day of and the doctor Jeffrey Horowitz was very gentle and patient with me. He pretty much talk me through all the steps he was doing.He even personally called me the next day to check on me. I think that was very nice. Anyway i can't wait to see the results of my abs, but i am sure that I will love it. I am sooo excited about my back results.

I usually don't write reviews but from the moment I walked in everything was so amazing I knew I just had to share my experience. The receptionist Elizabeth was so kind, answered all of my questions and made me relaxed. My consultation was amazing. I highly recommend their services. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have gone out of their way to ensure I was always comfortable!

I had my procedure done eight weeks ago and am loving the results. The office is beautiful, the staff is inviting and answered all of my questions which really put me at ease. I recommend sonobello to all of my friends! You'll feel great about yourself after coming in!

The staff here are very welcoming. Great environment very comforting. The doctors really value the patients requests and concerns. Everyone one here is just wonderful. I really enjoyed my experience with the staff and doctors at the sono bello office here in Westchester.

After long consideration, I decided to make my Sono Bello appointment for a consultation last May. I was very excited to schedule my procedure the following month. Dr. Rosenberg was my doctor. He was amazing and the staff at the office were all great! Always helpful, always there to answer questions when I needed them. I am very happy with the results from my procedures. I did see results somewhat immediately and continue to see results as time went on.

I had a great experience. It was wonderful. Everyone was nice and I felt really good afterwards. After a month and a half I was feeling wonderful. I recommend anyone as well as my friends. I feel very healthy and happy.
