Every single time I call I'm placed on hold right away. I understand they are busy but perhaps they should look into a larger staff! Most times, I end up disconnecting the call due to 10 min hold time. Staff is rude and has ignored us when in the waiting room and when standing right in front of them. Again, I understand they are busy but a little acknowledgement goes a long way (I'll be right with you, or really anything would do) The actual vet was so, so. Prices on vaccines were very reasonable. That is the only reason we drove out of our way for this vet. Not sure we will stay. They have proven, ya yet what you pay for :/

This is a great vet. they care about there patients and that is more than any other vet we have seen

I have told family about this vet and now they take their pets there too. My mom and grandmother just recently started taking their dogs there and they love it too!
