Provided by YPmobileSuper rude employees walked in with my children immediately see a employee, not a hi, hello, welcome to jacks how may I help you.. Just a dirty look and a sneer, so after browsing for a minute someone walks up to me and says "is there something I can help you with" again with a very rude attitude, so I took my money and left. I will stick with the big pet stores from now on they have very friendly welcoming employees.

Provided by YP.comThey don't deserve even the 1 star. This place is ridiculous. My grandson's bunny was injured by falling product off of their shelf in their store in direct view of a store associate, and they still will not take responsibility for his loss. Not even an offer to replace the bunny or pay the vet bill, as my daughter was directed by that store associate to take the bunny to the vet. These people are not animal lovers, just money lovers. Won't ever go in there again and am advising everyone I know to NOT spend a penny in that store.

My son and I purchased a rabbit from the Jack's Pets in Harrison OH, in January. We were making our weekly visit to the store like we do every weekend, to find more things for our little critter. We decided to bring our bunny with us to check things out. While visiting the kstore, a Starter Cage fell ON TOP of my bunny. The associate Michele witnessed this as well. Unlike dogs, bunnies don't yelp, so we didn't realize the bunny was injured until the following day. I then contacted the store to let them know, and spoke with the Assistant Manager. He showed no concern and told me to take it to the bet. I did the following day , and the vet had to put my Whitie under anesthesia, to take accurate X-rays, and that I would need to leave her there for a couple hours and that he would call me with the results. I again contacted the store and this time asked for Michele, who witnessed this, she then sent me to the Manager, Mandy, where she informed me that nothing like this has ever happened, and that she would need to contact her Distric Manager, and she would call me back. In the meantime, I was suppose to call the Vet and give him the ok to speak with the Distric Manager. The Vet then called me to let me know that my bunny has suffered Blunt Force Trauma, and that the humane thing to do was to put the Bunny down. The DM, Cyndy, then called me to ask me what I would want from them. I told her that I expect them to pay the $200.00 Vet bill and replace the rabbit. She said that she would need to speak with her supervisor and would get back with me the next day. I waited for her call the following day, and when she did call, she told me that they are REFUSING to pay the Vet bill, AND REFUSING to replace the rabbit!!! I then asked for the Corporate number and who I needed to speak with. She told me to contact Paul Kam. Well I tried, and have left several Voicemails, and he REFUSES to call me back!! I recently had to go out and purchase a NEW bunny, NOT FROM JACKS, so that my 3 year old son, wouldn't know what really happen to him!! I have filed complaints with the BBB, and am still waiting on the call back from Paul Kam! I would stongly recommed NOT taking your pets to Jack's or buying ANYTHING from them, because if they are injured, they will leave you with a Vet Bill, and with NO ANIMAL!!!
