I hired Lakeshore Painting on July 2, 2010 to paint the exterior of my home and the inside of a screened-in porch. Here is a list of issues I have experienced with this company. 1/ The job was started a week later than promised 2/ The crew arrived late every day 3/ The job was not completed - two exterior doors were not painted. I pointed this out to the crew when they were here, they painted two of the four doors and left. They disputed the contract, I showed the contract to them where it was spelled out all exterior doors were included. 4/ Masking was not removed from the windows in the porch 5/ Paint started to peel from one of the exterior doors two days after it was applied. 6/ Mr. Shaun Schneider promised to rectify the problems but has not yet done so. He will not return my phone calls or e-Mail letters. It is now September.

I recently hired Lakeshore Painting to do all exterior painting as well as Kitchen, Living room, Master Bedroom and Bath. They were very professional, clean, and finished in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Painting to anyone with any type painting needs.
