Horrible Delivery of Product

On Saturday, February 6, 2010, I Ms. Harris called in a carry out order around 8:00 pm. I order a hot and ready cheese only and pepperoni pizza, I was told by the person taking the order that the total was $12.32 and the order would be ready in 10 minutes. Immediately after hanging up the phone I informed my boyfriend that Little Ceasar said 10 minutes and I told him the price again. I gave him a little extra because twice before this same business gave me a price for pizzas and when I picked them up the price went up about $.50. When my friend returns with the carry out order he asked me how much did they tell me and I told him $12.32 and then he said they said $12.72. We joked about the increase in the price as i proceeded to open up the pizza that was cheese only to find the pizza burnt. When I called back to the store I spoke with John a shift manager according to the store manger which was Michelle. John informed me that I could bring the pizza back and get another one. I explained to John that I didn't want another one so he then put Michelle on the phone and she also explained that she could only make me another pizza (burnt). I explained that her solution was not an actual solution for me because I really didn't want another pizza. If the first one was burnt the chances of this one being burnt was highly likely. She again asured me that all she could do was replace the pizza and I told her that I would be stopping in with the burnt pizza she gave me. I would really like my money back but since I cant get it I thought sharing my thoughts and frustration would probably make me feel a little better. This is not the first time that I have had a problem with this location. I have had to call in and complain about the producat delivery every time I go into the store or they sell my pizzas (call in orders) while i'm standing in line. Another time I go in as they are preparing my food to find that the young man who put the pizza in the oven forget to take the plastic gray round thing that they use for setting the pizza up before baking off so the plastic started melting we all smelled up. The employees began tiring to take the plastic out and as they do you see this plastic melted and they wanted to still give me the pizza with the plastic baked into it. They have the apologizing down they all know how to say "I apologize" but how many more times do I have to give them a second chance still to find things wrong. I think who ever owns the store may need to find a manager who knows how to manage some employee so these problems could stop happening. Today, Sunday, February 7, 2010 will be my last time going into this store. This is the worst restaurant that I have ever been to.

Don't Waste Your Money

This is the absolute worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The first few times after they messed up my order, I let it going saying " It happens". But after being disrespected not once but twice but staff, including the manager, they will never get my business again. The last order we placed was for Italian Cheese bread. After getting it home and opening it, I discovered IT WASN'T DONE! The dough was not risen at all! I took it back and spoke to the manager wanting my money back. She told me that she was not allowed to do refunds and that I would have to wait for the owner. When I asked when he would be in, she told me she didn't know his schedule.
