This apartment has a clubhouse that isn't open, and has never been open. There is no secure entrance and I have even walked out for work twice and there were men sleeping on the stairs. In the summer when all of our neighboring apartments have their pools open we have another month's wait until ours is open every year. Management is fine but our rent and late fees increase every year although we aren't getting the amenities that we were promised. The neighbors are getting worse. I renewed my lease and never received a carpet cleaning. I had to rent a cleaner and do it on my own.
