If you feel like you need to talk some things out to someone that can give you a professional answer on how and why your really feeling and acting the way you are. I saw Joan every Tuesday for about 5-7 yrs for anger and it helped me see things in a much different way and taught me that if Im feeling a certain way its much better for you to talk and get it out than to bottle it in and try to ignore it.
