Reba always does a great cut. I have hair that is hard to work with and she is terrific.

I received a hair cut and color with Crystal. The cut was blunt and without layering and the color was supposed to be an ombre, but there were lines and dots in my hair where the color was not blended. One of the lines was right next to my face and everyone noticed. It was so bad that another stylist was unable to fix it and had to color me back to brown. Now I have to go back every 6 weeks to have it re-colored. I spent over 100 for the cut and color. When I asked for a refund, Crystal refused and did not believe I was telling the truth. I will post pictures soon.
