Will NEVER deal with Gadget town again. Took phone to get fixed- they said it was dead so offered me a replacement. The replacement wouldn't work! I took it back and told them so they gave me another phone - which didn't work. This was all within one week!!! They would not refund me the total- even though they sold me crappy phones!!! They took the phones back and told me they were going to resell them- ridiculous!!! NEVER AGAIN!! I would NOT recommend this place!!!!!!

Took my Galaxy S5 there for a screen replacement. The guys were great and explained that the cost to replace it would be a pretty steep $200 because the LED went out ($140 is the flat rate for the equipment plus a $60 service fee). Rather than try and coax me into paying that, they helped me pick a cheaper used phone (MotoX) for $60 and even threw in a free Otterbox (that was used too but they cleaned it up for me). I gave them my old phone to use for parts and they took 10 bucks off so the grand total was $50 for a phone with a great case. Overall, they were genuinely helpful and very kind. Great service!

** warning ** Do not take your cellphones or anything else that needs repaired to Gadget Town located at 50 S mason st , suite 110 Harrisonburg ,Va . I took my iPhone 5 in there for repair last Friday November 28, because I dropped my phone and cracked the screen . I did not mind paying the hundred dollars to get the screen replaced , but shortly after I started noticing problems with the screen . My home button kept sticking to the screen , I then realized the screen was not flush with the home button like it should be with the iPhone . Of course me being the person I am I figured nothing would come of the problem . That was until my screen cracked while in my pocket , and of course the screen cracked at the home button . I visited two iPhone retailers and both of them told me the home button should be even with the screen . They also stated that I needed to take the phone back the company that fixed it , so that they could fix the error . I took the phone back to gadget Town , where I was met with horrible customer service . They were not willing to except fault and were putting the blame all on me . They even got out another iPhone in the display case to compare it and it proved them wrong and they still could not admit any wrong doing on there part . All they wanted me to do was hand over more money to them .
