Welcome to Nurture Neighborhood! We are a state licensed home-based preschool and daycare center offering experienced child care. Our in-home daycare is operated by myself, Cynthia Simmons and two other fantastic women. I am a retired nurse of over forty years, a mother of three children, and a grandmother of five. I offer more than fifty years of child care experience to our team. My two assistants are in their early twenties and bring a youthful and exciting flare to our wonderful classroom. We specialize in safety, cleanliness, medical conditions, special education, early reading, behavior, and socialization. All three of us women have extensive experience with early learning including speech, fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration and social/emotional development. We are educated and experienced with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Epilepsy, developmental and educational delays and we are well-versed in expected childhood milestones. We are dedicated to shaping your child's day into an experience that exceeds yours and their expectations.
