The worst experience, I have ever had with parcel services. I shipped expensive package with photo camera to the bay area in California. Cost of camera $1000. At the shipping I told Peter not to leave the package behind the door, but hand it to the customer. He said okay to me. The package has been lost, and neither Peter, nor UPS corporation are taking responsibility for that. Recently I found out, that UPS drivers steal expensive packages at the bay area.

I tried several Harrisonburg shipping companies trying to find someone willing to ship a chest to Arizona. Pete was the only person that bothered to explore options for how to ship and helped me come up with a sensible option within budget. He then dealt with my family at his end who brought the trunk, packed it beautifully, took pics to prove it, shipped it and followed up with a call just after it had been delivered. My only regret is that I probably won't have a need to use them again. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to be dealt with professionally and is frustrated with the typical service in this industry.
