I have been doing business with Jeff Sefton for years back when he was P-Hill auctions. I have always been treated fair and Jeff has always worked with me to get me the best guitar for the best price. On Mar 29th 2011 I went down and did some more business with him and went home with a new Washburn D10s with case. Jeff took care of me and I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a quality instrument for a fair price.

I recently purchased a Washburn Rover travel guitar from Butler Music. Andy, the GM handled my order personally. I was apprehensive about buying a guitar that I had not first played, however, Andy was a thorough professional; polite, accomodating, knowledgeable and helpful, allaying my apprehension so well that I immediately ordered the Washburn. It was on my doorstep three days later and was everything Andy had told me it would be and more. I will not hesitate to do business with this fine establishment again and have recommended it to friends and family (as well as total strangers) and will continue to do so.
