i am very familiar with the photo copy machines at walmart I do not need help in this technology. I have always seen people struggle with this especially the elders and I have more than once walked an elderly woman through out the entire process even though I need to leave for work because the walmart employees do not take any time to help. they will wait all day to ask an associate a question. I myself only need help when the systems are failing to work properly. For one instance i was there late one night because I work late and my photo receipt said it would be done in 7 minutes, for the next two hours it still said 7 minutes i spent a ridiculously long time searching the entertainment dept for an employee to help get my pictures. the only guy i could track down had a full beard and said he would help an dhed be right back. he never materialized again until i saw him and asked him to get back to help now. he finally checked the status of my order and said oh the machine was trying to fulfill a failed/cancdelled order from previously that day first before it would do mine and that now it was too late because the machines shut down at a certain time. well if he would have helped me two hours ago as asked it would have made the time deadline and there needs me a sign stating that deadline. i have never been so angry and dissappointed at walmart my whole life. i left my number and asked to have a call when they did get done first thing in the morning because it was important and no i never got a call.
