Horrible places. Worse management. The unit was disgusting when we moved in, horrible and missing calking, paint on the trim, loose and un-nailed trim, rusty/filthy air registers, dishwasher had gunk in it as well as dirty bathroom vanities with used qtips in them. Yard is never maintained, there is a dangerous dilapidated privacy fence that children play by. The maintenance crew are never available and not skilled. They make things worse. Myra the manager harasses tenants with illegal documents and evictions without going to court, all over petty discrepancies. This place has many violations that are being recorded and reported now due to Myras harassment and unprofessional interactions.
