Its hard to even write that we are dissapointed with this company. Bought a new furnace and airconditioner in 2014. Air conditioner has not been used yet. Mr Moran bought the company from Mr LeVann and did a bait and switch on us. We purchased our furnace thru Mr LeVann, he went on vacation and sold the business to Mr Moran, so, Mr Moran was cleaning out stock and guess what.... The furnace we purchased was . We received old stock. When we were ready for the new thermostate Mr Morans family member told us " this isnt the furnace you paid for". If you are considering this company, please don't, they wont answer your calls, call you back or communicate with you. i contacted the attorney general to see if he could help us and they would not communicate with them. This company is a big scam. Please dont waste your time or money.

Absolutely horrendous service. Left without a working furnace for 2 months from October to December, then get cussed out by the owner for my bad but honest review of his business on facebook, forgot about my service appoint ment for a few weeks in a row, then never fixed the problem and left me hanging without so much as a phone call to tell me they couldn't figure it out and weren't coming back. Had to hire another company, who made it there next day and fixed the problem within 3 hours.
